1. Who we are and what this covers
Vocaryn is operated by Zevqo Labs ("we"). These terms govern your use of vocaryn.pages.dev and the Vocaryn browser extension (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: zevqolabs@gmail.com.
2. What the Service does
Vocaryn finds public job listings, matches them to Career Facts you confirm, writes application text that is checked against those facts, and, only if you switch on auto-apply, submits applications on employers’ official pages within your plan’s daily limit. It is a tool. It does not guarantee interviews or offers, or that an employer will read, accept or respond to an application.
3. Your account and your facts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.

You are responsible for the Career Facts, Answer Bank answers and resume you provide, and for confirming that they are true. Vocaryn never invents a fact, but it can only check text against what you confirmed.

Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us if you think your account was used without you.
4. Auto-apply

Auto-apply is off until you turn it on and give consent in the app. You can stop it at any time; a stop takes effect before the next application is sent.

Applications are sent in your name. You authorise Vocaryn to accept, on your behalf, the privacy notices and terms an employer requires in order to apply, as described in the Privacy Policy. Vocaryn declines optional marketing and talent-community consents and never answers questions about identity numbers, age, criminal history or background checks.

Vocaryn stops when a site shows a CAPTCHA or a human check; it does not try to get around them.
•
Applications are limited per day by plan and to two per company every 30 days. Employers may still reject or ignore any application.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to apply with false information; try to bypass limits, security checks or an employer’s controls; scrape or overload the Service; resell it; or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Third-party sites and services
Job listings, employer forms, Google, Gmail and our AI model provider are run by others, and their own terms apply. We are not responsible for their content, availability or decisions.
7. Plans and payments
Payments are not taken today. Plans are switched on by us on request. If paid plans are introduced, we will show the price and billing terms before you pay.
8. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights, including downloading your data and asking for deletion.
9. No advice
Vocaryn does not give career, legal or immigration advice.
10. Availability and changes
The Service is an early-access product and may change or be unavailable. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about material changes.
11. Disclaimer and limits on liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (nothing, while the Service is free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
